President Jason Rector

KCA President: Col Jason Rector, a native of Adair County was named President of KY Constable Association in January 2010. He has served in numerous positions within the Association such as Judge Advocate from 2006-2007, Vice-President from 2008-2009, Interim President from Aug 2009 to Dec 2009 and also continues to serve as the Training Director for the Association Training Division since it began in Oct 2007.
